The hotel offers four types of suites: the Villa, Cave House Suite, Deluxe Suite with Caldera View, and Exclusive Suite. Each suite has a private bathroom, a kitchen with microwave, toaster, and refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The Cave House Suite includes both an indoor and an outdoor jacuzzi, while the Deluxe Suite has a balcony with a private outdoor hot tub.

Each morning, guests choose breakfast from a menu and select a delivery time; the meal is served on the private balcony or terrace overlooking the caldera.
